家族企业的企业家精神与商业模式创新双案例研究——基于社会情感财富视角

A Dual-case Study on Entrepreneurship and Business Model Innovation in Family Firms:From the Perspective of Social-emotional Wealth

基于社会情感财富视角,本文通过双案例的对比研究,探索家族企业的企业家精神与商业模式创新之间的内在机理。研究发现:①在延伸型社会情感财富的影响下,家族企业的企业家精神富有冒险精神,其侧重资源整合与利用,倾向于促进企业突破式的商业模式创新,该创新模式具有风险相对较大且结果不可期的特征;②在约束型社会情感财富的影响下,家族企业的企业家精神则富有创新精神,其侧重技术更新与利用,倾向于促进企业渐进式的商业模式创新,该创新模式具有风险相对较小且结果可期的特征。本研究对家族企业关于企业家精神与商业模式创新之间的关系有重要的理论贡献,对于促进我国家族企业商业模式创新、实现企业的转型升级具有重要的实践价值。

From the perspective of social-emotional wealth,this paper explores the internal mechanism between entrepreneurship and business model innovation through a comparative case study.The research findings include:①the entrepreneurship at the enterprise level is full of adventure spirit which focuses on resource integration and utilization and tends to promote breakthrough business model innovation under the influence of extended social-emotional wealth in family firms.This innovation model has characteristics of goal uncertainty and huge risks.②the entrepreneurship at the enterprise level is full of innovation spirit which focuses on technological renewal and utilization and tends to promote gradual business model innovation under the influence of constrained social-emotional wealth in family firms.This innovation model has characteristics of goal certainty and small risks.The research conclusion has not only significant theoretical contribution to the relationship between entrepreneurship and business model innovation in the research of family firms,but also has important practical values to promote the successful implementation of business model innovation and the transformation of Chinese family enterprises.
