抗生素药物在水环境中的迁移分布及代谢组学应用研究

摘要 抗生素药物具有杀灭或抑制各种病原微生物的作用,被广泛用于治疗和控制人类及动物的细菌感染性疾病。大量的抗生素药物残留通过工业废水、农业废水、城市污水等途径排放,经过一系列迁移转化进入地表水、地下水及饮用水等水体环境中,威胁人类健康。综述了抗生素药物在水体环境中的分布情况,介绍了代谢组学应用于药物毒性及其代谢机理的研究进展,比较了药物代谢产物的各类检测技术特点,为基于代谢组学的抗生素药物毒性研究提供了理论依据。 Antibiotic drugs have the effect of killing or inhibiting various pathogenic microorganisms,and are widely used to treat and control bacterial infectious diseases in humans and animals.A large amount of antibiotic drug residues are discharged through industrial waste water,agricultural waste water,urban sewage,etc.After a series of migration and transformation enter surface water,ground water,drinking water and other water environments,threatening human health.The distribution of antibiotic drugs in the aquatic environment is reviewed,the research progress of metabolomics applied to drug toxicity and its metabolic mechanism is introduced,and the characteristics of various detection techniques for drug metabolites are compared.It provides a theoretical basis for the research of antibiotic toxicity based on metabolomics.
