摘要
将PA66和PA12T熔融共聚,制备的共聚物可用作阻隔材料,研究了共聚物的制备和成膜工艺。试验表明,相比于单一尼龙,共聚物的熔点和黏度降低,更有利于成型加工,为后期进行阻隔性能测试以及其他性能的测试打下基础。
PA66 and PA 12t are melt copolymerized,and the prepared copolymer can be used as barrier material.The preparation and film forming process of the copolymer are studied.The results show that the melting point and viscosity of the copolymer are lower compared with single nylon,which is more conducive to the molding process,and lays a foundation for the later barrier performance test and other performance tests.
