摘要
通过单因素实验方法催化合成了环氧亚麻油,以产品环氧值为考察指标,研究了催化剂种类、反应时间、催化剂用量、甲酸用量、双氧水用量、反应温度对反应的影响。结果表明,以硫酸为催化剂,反应时间8 h,反应温度为65℃,反应物料质量比m(亚麻油)∶m(甲酸)∶m(硫酸)∶m(双氧水)=1∶0.06∶0.0015∶0.65,硫酸0.3 g与双氧水130 g混合溶液采用滴加方式,此条件下,环氧亚麻油环氧值能达到7.93%,且后处理工艺简单。
Epoxy linseed oil is synthesized by single factor method.The epoxy value of the product is taken as indicators,the effects of catalyst type,reaction time,amount of catalyst,amount of formic acid,amount of hydrogen peroxide and reaction temperature on the reaction are studied.The results show that when sulfuric acid is used as catalyst,the reaction time is 8 h,the reaction temperature is 65℃,the mass ratio of reactants m(linseed oil):m(formic acid):m(sulfuric acid):m(dioxogen)=1∶0.06∶0.0015∶0.65,the mixed solution of 0.3 g sulfuric acid and 130 g hydrogen peroxide is dripped,the epoxy value of epoxy linseed oil could reach 7.93%,and the post-treatment process is simple.
