标本溶血对干式免疫荧光法检测CRP的影响

The Influence of Sample Hemolysis on the Detection of CRP by Dry Immunofluorescence Quantitation

目的探讨标本溶血对干式免疫荧光定量法检测CRP的影响。方法按照我院检验科SOP文件和厂家说明书用Geteln1100免疫荧光定量分析仪检测急性炎症患者血标本的溶血前和溶血后CRP,观察不同程度的溶血对检测CRP的影响状况。结果轻度溶血组与对照组的CRP测定值相差不大,无统计学意义(P>0.05);中度溶血组与对照组的CRP测定值相差较大,具有统计学意义(P<O.05);重度溶血组与对照组的CRP测定值相差更大,具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论标本的中、重度溶血对CRP的检测结果会产生一定的影响,如果进行CRP的检测应尽量避免使用溶血标本。

Objectives To explore the influence of sample hemolysis on the detection of CRP by dry immunofluorescence quantitation.Methods According to the SOP documents of Laboratory Department in our hospital and manufacturer's instructions,Geteln1100 immunofluorescence quantitative analyzer was used to detect CRP before and after hemolysis in blood samples of patients with acute inflammation,so as to observe the influence of different degrees of hemolysis on the detection of CRP.Results There was little difference in CRP between the mild hemolysis group and the control group with no statistical significance(P>0.05);there was large difference in CRP between the moderate hemolysis group and the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05);there was larger difference in CRP between the severe hemolysis group and the control group with significant statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusions The moderate and severe hemolysis of the samples would have certain influence on the detection results of CRP.The hemolytic samples should be avoided in the detection of CRP as far as possible.
