醋酸曲安奈德乳膏联合肤疾洗剂治疗儿童急性湿疹的临床研究

Clinical study of triamcinolone acetonide acetate cream combined with Fuji lotion in the treatment of children with acute eczema

目的探讨醋酸曲安奈德乳膏复合肤疾洗剂治疗儿童急性湿疹的临床研究。方法选取我院2018年9月至2020年1月收治的儿童急性湿疹患者64例为研究对象,根据入院先后顺序随机分为实验组和对照组各32例,对照组采用肤疾洗剂进行治疗,实验组采用醋酸曲安奈德乳膏复合肤疾洗剂组进行治疗,对比分析两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、EASI评分、VAS积分以及治疗安全性等情况。结果实验组治疗效果明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者安全性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者实施治疗后的EASI评分、VAS积分高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论醋酸曲安奈德乳膏复合肤疾洗剂治疗儿童急性湿疹有着明显的疗效,安全性高,效果更佳。临床上值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of triamcinolone acetonide acetate cream combined with Fuji lotion in the treatment of children with acute eczema.Methods 64 children with acute eczema in our hospital from September 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Fuji lotion,and the experimental triamcinolone acetonide acetate cream combined with Fuji lotion group was treated.The clinical efficacy and easi of the two groups were compared and analyzed Score,VAS score and treatment safety.Results the treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the safety of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the easi score and VAS score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion triamcinolone acetonide acetate cream combined with Fuji lotion has obvious curative effect,high safety and better effect in the treatment of children with acute eczema.It is worthy of clinical application.
