复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊联合双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗结直肠癌化疗相关性腹泻的临床观察

The clinical effects of compound glutamin entresoluble capsules combined with bifidobacteria trigeminy viable organism capsules in treatment of chemotherapy induced diarrhea in patients with colorectal cancer

目的研究复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗结直肠癌化疗相关性腹泻的临床疗效。方法行FOLFIRI方案化疗的结直肠癌患者120例,随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组60例。对照组给与调整饮食、补液、维持水电解质平衡、口服双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊3粒/次,2次/d,疗程2周;治疗组在对照组的基础上给与复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊3粒/次,2次/d,疗程2周。比较2组患者疗效、大便次数、腹痛情况、大便性状、大便潜血、卡氏评分(KPS评分)及肝肾功能情况。结果经2周治疗,治疗组总有效率、腹痛、大便形状明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者腹痛情况、便血、KPS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组患者经过治疗后肝肾功能情况未见明显改变。结论复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗结直肠癌化疗相关性腹泻疗效明显,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of compound glutamin entresoluble capsules combined with bifidobacteria trigeminy viable organism capsules in treatment of chemotherapy induced diarrhea(CID)in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods A total of patients with colorectal cancer who were treated by FOLFIRI chemotherapy scheme were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated by diet regulation,rehydration,maintenance of water and electrolyte balance,oral bifid triple viable capsules,3 pills once,twice a day,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by compound glutamine enteric-coated capsules,3 pills once,twice a day,with a treatment course of 2 weeks for both groups.The curative effects,stool frequency,abdominal pain,stool shape,fecal occult blood,Karst score(KPS score)and liver and kidney function were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After 2-week treatment,the total effective rate,abdominal pain and stool shape in observation group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in hematochezia and KPS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Moreover no significant changes in liver and kidney function were found after treatment in both groups.Conclusion The clinical effects of compound glutamin entresoluble capsules combined with bifidobacteria trigeminy viable organism capsules in treatment of CID in patients with colorectal cancer are significant,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
