人文关怀在提高乳腺癌患者生活质量和护理满意度中的应用

Study on the effects of humanistic care nursing mode on the life quality and nursing satisfaction degree of patients with breast cancer

目的探讨人文关怀护理模式对乳腺癌患者生活质量和护理满意度的影响,为实际应用提供参考依据。方法选择2017年1月至2018年4月所收治乳腺癌患者200例,随机分为研究组与对照组。对照组100例,予以常规健康教育及护理;研究组100例,加用人文关怀护理模式。比较干预前后心理状态、生活质量及护理满意度差异。结果干预后,研究组SAS评分为(49.16±2.15)分、SDS评分为(50.33±3.21)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。研究组患者中,躯体状况评分为(20.1±1.2)分、情感状况评分为(19.0±1.5)分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组社会/家庭状况评分为(25.1±1.9)分、功能状况评分为(23.3±1.0)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者中,非常满意52例、满意44例,护理满意度为96%,高于对照组的40例、34例及74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀护理模式应用于乳腺癌患者护理中,有利于帮助患者及时释放不良情绪,提升生活质量,且护理满意度更高,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of humanistic care nursing model on the life quality and nursing satisfaction degree of patients with breast cancer.Methods Two hundred patients who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into research group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given routine health education and nursing,however,the patients in research group,on the basis of control group,were given humanistic care nursing.The differences of psychological state,life quality and nursing satisfaction degree before and after intervention were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01).The scores of physical condition and emotional condition in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),however,the scores of social/family condition and functional condition in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).In research group,52 patients were very satisfied,44 patients were satisfied,with nursing satisfaction degree being 96%,which were significantly higher than those(40 cases,34 cases and 74%)in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care nursing mode for the patients with breast cancer is helpful to help patients to release bad emotions timely,improve the life quality,with higher nursing satisfaction degree,therefor,which is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
