Musashi-1在恶性肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要 MSI1(Musashi-1)是最新研究的肿瘤干细胞潜在标志物,作为一种RNA结合蛋白,在维持干细胞特性及多种肿瘤的发生发展过程中起着重要的作用,能够促进肿瘤生长,促进EMT过程,调节细胞周期,抑制凋亡的发生,可能作为肿瘤诊断及治疗的新型靶点,研究MSI1在肿瘤中的功能及作用机制,将为肿瘤干细胞标志物的研究提供基础,为肿瘤治疗提供新的靶点。 MSI1(Musashi-1)is a potential marker of tumor stem cells in recent studies.As a RNA binding protein,it plays an important role in maintaining stem cell characteristics and the pathogenesis and development of many kinds of tumors,which can promote tumor growth and EMT process,regulate cell cycle,inhibit cell apoptosis,and it may be regarded as a new target for the diagnosis and treatment of tumors.To research the function and the mechanism of MSI1 will provide basis for the study on the tumor stem cell markers,and to provide new targets for tumor therapy.
