陈旧性胫骨平台骨折的治疗进展

Research progress on the treatment of old tibial plateau fracture

胫骨平台承载着膝关节的负荷,在人体中起着非常重要的作用。胫骨平台骨折是临床上较为常见的一种关节内骨折,涉及关节面平整、关节稳定性、下肢力线的改变等,常由高能量损伤引起,骨折类型复杂,手术难度大,术后发生创伤性关节炎对膝关节的功能影响较大。而陈旧性胫骨平台骨折的畸形愈合常伴膝内外翻、胫骨平台不平整等,往往需要再手术治疗。本文就陈旧性胫骨平台骨折的治疗进展作一综述。

Tibial plateau bears the load of knee joint and plays a quite important role in human body.Tibial plateau fracture is a common intra-articular fracture in clinical practice involving joint surface leveling,joint stability,changes in lower limb lines,which is often caused by high-energy injuries.This kind of fracture is complex,difficult for operation,and postoperative traumatic arthritis has obvious effects on the function of knee joints.However the old tibial plateau fracture malunion is often accompanied by knee pronation,tibial plateau is not smooth,often need to be operated again.This article reviews the progress in treatment of old tibial plateau fractures.
