大肠埃希菌对15种抗生素的耐药性分析

摘要 目的了解某医院患者大肠埃希菌感染患者耐药分布及特征,为临床用药提供依据。方法2018年4月至2019年4月,对某医院检验科352例大肠埃希菌感染患者病理样品进行研究。大肠埃希菌样本分离、培养获得不同菌型,对15种抗生素进行耐药性检测,开展不同菌型耐药率及多重耐药统计。结果大肠埃希菌对15种抗生素耐药率由高到低依次为:亚胺培南、头孢西丁、头孢他啶、环丙沙星、阿奇霉素、氯霉素、庆大霉素、头孢噻肟、头孢唑啉、氨苄/舒巴坦、四环素、甲氧苄啶/磺胺甲恶唑、氨苄西林、萘啶酸、红霉素。其中ETEC最敏感,其次为EPEC,EAEC,多重耐药结果:<3种31%、3种14%、4种14%、5种16%、6种11%、>6种14%。结论44株大肠埃希菌菌株对15种抗生素反应均为敏感及以上,三种菌型的敏感程度由高到低排列为:ETEC>EPEC>EAEC,且多重耐药性处于正常范围内。 Objective To investigate the distribution and characteristics of Escherichia coli(E.coli)drug resistance in patients with E.coli infection,so as to provided basis for clinical rational medication.Methods A total of 352 pathological specimens of E.coli infection getting from Department of Clinical Laboratory from April 2018 to April 2019 were investigated.The E.coli specimens were isolated and cultured to obtain different types of bacteria,and 15 kinds of antibiotics were tested for drug resistance,and drug resistance rates of different types and multiple drug resistance statistics were performed.Results The drug resistance rates of E.coli to 15 kinds of antibiotics were in order(from high to low)were imipenem,cefoxitin,cephalosporins his organism,ciprofloxacin and azithromycin,chloramphenicol,gentamycin,cefotaxime,cefazolin,ammonia benzyl/shu temple,tetracycline,benzyl methyl oxygen organism/sulfamethoxazole,ampicillin,erythromycin,nalidixic acid,in which,ETEC was the most sensitive,followed by EPEC and EAEC.The multidrug resistant analysis showed that<3 kinds accounted for 31%,3 kinds 14%,4 kinds 14%,5 kinds 16%,6 kinds 11%,>6 kinds 14%.Conclusion The drug resistance reaction of 44 strains of E.coli to 15 kinds of antibiotics is quite sensitive,and the sensitivity of three strains of E.coli is in order(from high to low)is ETEC,EPEC,EAEC,and the multi-drug resistance is within normal range.
