综合护理干预对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的影响

Effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on the complications and life quality of patients with coronary heart disease treated by PCI

目的探讨综合护理干预对冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗后的并发症及生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年6月至2019年6月收治的256例PCI治疗的冠心病患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据患者入院时间的先后分为对照组和观察组,每组128例。对照组按冠脉介入手术围术期常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上增加综合护理干预措施(术前访视、健康教育、术中预见性护理、系统化出院指导)。比较2组患者术后并发症发生情况、焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分、出院满意度及术后生活质量等指标。结果观察组患者术后并发症发生率,焦虑、抑郁评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。患者满意度得分和术后生活质量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能够有效降低经皮冠状动脉介入治疗冠心病患者术后并发症的发生率,减轻患者术后的焦虑及抑郁,提高患者满意度及生活质量,进而提升对冠状动脉介入治疗冠心病的效果,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on the complications and life quality of patients with coronary heart disease treated by percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods The clinical data about 256 patients with coronary heart disease who were treated by PCI in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the time of admission,these patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 128 patients in each group.The patients in control group were received perioperative routine nursing,hoeever,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were given comprehensive nursing intervention(preoperative visit,health education,preoperative predictive nursing during operation and systematic discharge guidance).The incidence of postoperative complications,self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale,discharge satisfaction and postoperative life quality of patients were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After operation the incidence rate of postoperative complications,anxiety and depression scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).However the scores of patient’s satisfaction degree and postoperative life quality in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of the postoperative complications of patients with coronary heart disease treated by PCI,relieve the postoperative anxiety and depression,improve patient’s satisfaction degree and life quality,so as to improve the therapeutic effects of PCI.
