快速康复外科护理对ICU患者的效果

The effects of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on patients undergoing cardiac bypass surgery in ICU

目的探讨快速康复外科护理对ICU心脏搭桥手术患者的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年10月ICU收治的心脏搭桥手术患者84例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组42例。对照组采用常规护理模式,研究组采用快速康复外科护理。比较2组患者基本监护情况、并发症发生情况、术后疼痛、干预前后抑郁焦虑变化以及对护理工作的满意度。结果研究组患者拔管时间和ICU监护时间短于对照组(P<0.05),2组患者的清醒时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组患者总并发症发生率为16.67%低于对照组的35.71%(P<0.05)。研究组患者的术后NRS得分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者抑郁和焦虑得分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对ICU心脏搭桥手术患者实施快速康复外科护理能够减少患者插管时间和ICU监护时长,患者术后疼痛减轻,并发症发生减少,抑郁焦虑情况控制良好,护患关系明显改善。

Objective To investigate the effects of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on patients undergoing cardiac bypass surgery in ICU.Methods A total of 84 patients who underwent cardiac bypass surgery in ICU of our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 42 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing mode,however,the patienst in research group were treated by rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing mode.The basic monitoring status,the incidence of complications,postoperative pain,and the changes of depression and anxiety before and after intervention were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The extubation time and ICU monitoring duration in research group were significantly longer than those in control group(P<0.05),however,there was no significant difference in awake time between the two groups(P>0.05).And the incidence rate of complications in research group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the postoperative NRS scores and scores of depression and anxiety in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the satisfaction degree of patients in research group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The fast rehabilitation surgical nursing can reduce intubation time and ICU monitoring duration for the patients undergoing cardiac bypass surgery in ICU,which can relieve the postoperative pain of patients,and decrease the incidence of complications,and improve the depression and anxiety of patients as well as the relationship between nurses and patients.
