摘要
根据氨基树脂的实验室合成原理及实验条件设计了一套产能1 t的全醚化氨基树脂中试生产装置。分别对工艺流程、设备选型、物料衡算作了分析介绍,并给出了全醚化工艺流程总图;生产装置工艺流程设计合理,操作简单,条件温和;同时引入了甲醇回收装置实现了甲醇的回收再利用。
According to the principle of amino resin laboratory synthesis and experimental conditions,a fully etherified amino resin pilot production unit with a capacity of 1 t was designed.The process flow,equipment selection and material balance are analyzed and introduced respectively and the general diagram of the full etherification process is given.The process flow design of the production unit is reasonable,the operation is simple and the condition is mild;at the same time,a methanol recovery unit is introduced to realize methanol recovery and reuse.
