中小学校开学对乌鲁木齐市道路交通影响的分析

Analysis on Influence of Opening of Primary and Middle Schools on Road Traffic in Urumqi

以乌鲁木齐市的道路交通运行状况为研究对象,分析中小学校开学对其影响程度。通过交通指数、运行速度、拥堵里程、公共交通客流等数据,与中小学生暑假、开学时间关联,得到学生开学对道路交通影响的量化指标。通过指标分析,占全市常住人口约11%的中小学生,其开学对乌鲁木齐市道路交通的影响十分显著,总结了乌鲁木齐市“开学交通模式”的特性。结合具体案例,探讨中小学生出行、学校周边交通组织优化的重要性和一些改善措施。

Taking the road traffic conditions of Urumqi as the study object,the influence of opening of primary and middle schools on the road traffic is analyzed.Through the traffic index,running speed,congestion mileage,public transport passenger flow and the other data,related to the summer vacation and opening time of pupils and students,the quantitative index of the influence of the school opening on the road traffic is obtained.By analyzing the index,the school opening of the pupils and students accounting for about 11%of permanent population of the city has the great influence on the road traffic of Urumqi.The characters of"traffic pattern of school opening"in Urumqi are summarized.Combined with the cases,the significance and some improvement measures for the trip of pupils and students,and the optimization of traffic organization around schools are discussed.
