摘要
冷却水路是柔性直流(柔直)换流阀的重要组成部分,各支路流量分布是否均匀将直接影响柔直换流阀的可靠运行。此处基于一维流体仿真软件Flowmaster对柔直换流阀塔主进出水管分布进行研究,并与试验结果进行对比,验证了仿真计算的准确性,并为柔直换流阀冷却水路设计提供一种设计验证依据。
Cooling water circuit is an important part of the flexible direct current converter valve,whether the flow distribution of each branch is uniform will directly affect the reliable operation of the flexible direct current converter valve.Based on one-dimensional fluid simulation software Flowmaster,the distribution of the main inlet and outlet pipe of the flexible direct current converter valve is studied and compared with the experimental results.The accuracy of the simulation is verified and a design verification basis for the design of the cooling water circuit of the flexible direct current converter valve is provided.
