摘要
为适应工程应用中环境振动量级、通断频率、低功耗、安装空间等指标约束,提出一种低压脉冲触发控制的无触点开关电路。通过在P-MOS分压驱动电路中串联自锁电路,在开通驱动脉冲作用下分压驱动电路开通并自锁,实现P-MOS开通;通过在P-MOS分压驱动电路中并联零压控制电路,在关断驱动脉冲作用下分压驱动电路结束自锁,实现P-MOS关断。结合开关电路工作原理,分析开关电路开通与关断动态过程,得出元器件选取方法。将开关电路应用于锂电池供电控制回路,可靠通断控制的测试结果验证了电路的可行性和正确性。
In order to adapt to the comprehensive constraints of environmental vibration level,on and off frequency,low power consumption,installation space and other indexes in engineering application,a contact-free switching circuit with low voltage pulse trigger control is proposed.The P-MOS tube is opened by means of the self-locking circuit in series in the driving circuit of the P-MOS tube,and the driving circuit of the P-MOS tube is opened and self-locked under the action of the opening drive pulse.By means of parallel zero-voltage control circuit in the P-MOS drive circuit,the self-locking state of the drive circuit is closed under the action of the turn-off drive pulse,and the P-MOS tube is turned off.Combined with the working principle of the switching circuit,the dynamic process of switching circuit on and off is deeply analyzed,and the selection method of components of the switching circuit is obtained.The proposed switching circuit is applied to the control circuit of lithium battery power supply.The test results of reliable on-off control verify the feasibility and the correctness of the switching circuit.
