摘要
2021年是"十四五"开局年,也是推进乡村振兴的关键之年,中央农村工作会议要求进一步推进工作开展落实,把全力促进三农问题解决作为工作重心。文章通过实地调研和理论研究认为,双创人才不足是制约乡村振兴发展最主要的原因。地方高校应立足实际,把助推乡村振兴发展与教育供给侧改革有效衔接,创新人才培养模式,建立独立发展学院,培养具有创新意识,掌握创新创业能力,能够扎根乡村的建设者。最后从独立学院定位、人才培养创新和政策保障三方面提出意见和建议。
The year 2021 is the first year of the 14 th Five-Year Plan,and also a crucial year to promote rural revitalization.Through field investigation and theoretical research,this paper believes that the shortage of mass entrepreneurship and innovation talents is the most important reason that restricts the rural revitalization and development.Local universities should grasp the essence of development based on reality,establish independent development colleges,and cultivate builders.In the end,the paper puts forward opinions and suggestions from three aspects.
