摘要
自1978年改革开放后,我国高校思想政治理论课教师素质建设走过了重建与复兴、探索与调整、严格与强化、规范与完善、创新与优化五个阶段。经历40余年的实践,积累了宝贵的经验,主要有坚持党的领导和管理不动摇、坚持把提高政治素质放在首位、坚持理论与实践相结合、坚持遵循人的发展规律、坚持适应时代要求而创新等等。当前,还需要进一步增强教师素质的时代性、强化教师队伍建设的学科支撑、提升教师素质优化的内在动力,在现有基础上继续提升教师队伍素质。
Since the reform and opening-up in 1978,the quality construction of Chinese college ideological and political theory teachers has gone through five phases:reconstruction and revival,exploration and adjustment,strictness and enhancement,standardization and perfection,and innovation and optimization.After over 40 years of practice,valuable experience has been accumulated,mainly including adhering to the leadership and management of the party,insisting on giving top priority to the improvement of political quality,combining theory with practice,adhering to the development law of human beings,and innovating in accordance with the requirements of the times.At present,further intensification of the contemporary of teachers’quality,enhancement of the discipline support of the teacher’s construction and improvement of the internal motivation of teachers’quality optimization are still demanded.Meanwhile,it is vital to continue improving the quality of teachers on the existing basis.
