Research Progress and Thoughts on Selective Epitympanic Dysventilation Syndrome

咽鼓管功能与中耳通气关系密切,但鼓室内的其它因素同样对上鼓室及乳突腔的通气发挥着重要作用。即使咽鼓管功能正常,当鼓峡堵塞后,也会导致上鼓室及乳突腔的选择性低通气,甚至引起上鼓室胆脂瘤,即选择性上鼓室低通气综合征。理解上鼓室的解剖及其通气路径对于临床处理耳科疾病有着重要的指导意义。

Although middle ear aeration is related to eustachian tube function,other factors may play an important role in ventilation of epitympanum and mastoid cells.Despite normal eustachian tube functions,blockage of the isthmus can lead to selective dysventilation of the epitympanum and mastoid cavity,with potential risks of attic cholesteatoma.It is of great significance to understand the anatomy of the epitympanum and its ventilation pathways to effectively treat otological diseases in the clinic.
