摘要
通过实验考察了电泳槽液的温度、pH、灰分和高沸点助剂含量对电泳漆膜粗糙度的影响,阐述了改善电泳粗糙度的方法。
The effects of temperature,pH,and ash content of electrocoat bath and the dosage of high-boiling-point additive in it on the roughness of electrocoat were examined experimentally.Some measures to improve the roughness of electrocoat were discussed.
