摘要
通过对12404综采工作面过空巷群的采动来压突显特征模拟分析,在原有主动支护的基础上提出对空巷围岩“锚索补强+泵送支柱”的控顶技术方案。结果表明:工作面前方因空巷存在而导致煤岩体承载稳定性发生变化,空巷围岩承载能力较差且存在采动来压突显情况;由于工作面临近空巷,巷道围岩采动来压突显和围岩稳定性差,为了避免出现巷道围岩承载失稳,应侧重增强支护反力进行控顶,以缓解和分担超前采动影响。实践证明,过空巷群控顶支护方案能够满足安全高效生产的要求。
Through the simulation analysis of the outburst features of mining-pressure in passing through the roadway group at 12404 fully mechanized mining face,this paper proposed the roof control technology scheme of"anchor rope reinforcement+pumping pillar"for the surrounding rock of the empty roadways on the basis of the original active support.The results show that the the existence of empty roadways in front of the working face leads to changes in the bearing stability of coal and rock mass,which leads to poor bearing capacity of the surrounding rock of the empty roadway and the exsting of mining-pressure outburst of;because the mining-pressure outburst of the roadway surrounding rock and the poor stability of the surrounding rock because the working face is near to empty roadways,it is necessary to focus on strengthening the supporting reaction force to control the roof to alleviate and share the impact of advanced mining to avoid the instability of the surrounding rock bearing of the roadway.Practice has proved that the oof control support scheme for passing empty roadway group can meet safe and efficient production.
