300 MW CFB发电机组在线质蜕图系统的开发及应用

摘要 结合山西平朔煤矸石发电厂2×300 MW等级CFB发电机组运行情况,通过建立计算模型、搭建平台,成功开发了在线质蜕图系统,能实时、直观地监测CFB机组发电过程中各物质蜕变,特别是含硫、含氮物质的蜕变及污染物排放、脱除情况,并指导优化运行。对该300 MW CFB发电机组在线质蜕图系统的开发及应用进行了探讨。在线质蜕图系统的实施,极大地丰富了电厂污染物排放分析控制手段,有利于提升机组减排水平。 The on-line material disintegration diagram system was developed successfully by establishing the calculation model and building platform on the 2×300 MW grade CFB generator unit of Pingshuo Gangue-fired Power Generation Plant of Shanxi.The system could monitor the disintegration of various substances,especially the disintegration of sulfur-containing and nitrogen-containing substances as well as the discharge and removal of pollutants in the process of CFB unit power generation in real time and visually,and could guide the optimal operation.This paper discussed the development and application of the material disinte-gration diagram system of the 300 MW CFB generator unit.The means of pollutant emission analysis and control of the power plant were enriched greatly because of the implementation of on-line disintegration diagram system.And the system was also helpful to improve the emission reduction level of the unit.
