基于辛普森公式的原油污染土壤环境损害鉴定评估研究

摘要 一宅基地下方的原油管道意外泄漏,土壤环境遭到损害。通过现场调查、监测分析和模拟测算,基于辛普森公式精确地计算了调查区土壤受损方量,提出了污染控制措施与修复建议,估算了环境污染控制与修复费用,为后续土壤环境修复治理、环境污染纠纷调解等提供了科学依据与技术支持。 An accidental leakage of a crude oil pipeline under a homestead caused soil environmental damage.This paper accu-rately calculated the amount of soil damage in the survey area based on Simpson formula through on-site investigation,monitoring analysis and simulation calculations,proposed pollution control measures and remediation suggestions,and estimated the cost of environmental pollution control and remediation,providing scientific basis and technical support for subsequent soil environmental remediation and environmental pollution dispute mediation.
