粉煤气化炉排渣系统关键设备改造优化

摘要 同煤广发化学工业有限公司采用干粉煤气化炉,排渣系统关键设备为捞渣机。自商业运行以来,捞渣机一直出力不够,故障率高导致厂区内散落污水、黑渣等环保问题突出,维修捞渣机存在密闭空间作业等风险。经过计算改造优化,采用双电机驱动捞渣机,大大降低了设备故障率,降低了维修设备的作业风险,减少了环境污染。以粉煤气化炉排渣系统关键设备改造优化为对象进行了研究,介绍了捞渣机工作原理及基础数据,对捞渣机改造方案设计进行了分析。 Tongmei Guangfa Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.uses dry pulverized coal gasification furnaces,and the key equipment of the slag discharge system is slag conveyors.Since its commercial operation,the slag conveyors have been inadequate in power,and the high failure rate has led to prominent environmental problems such as sewage and black slag scattered in the plant area,and the maintenance of the slag conveyor has risks such as confined space operations.After calculation and optimization,the dual-motor drive slag conveyor was adopted,which greatly reduced the equipment failure rate,reduced the operation risk of repairing equipment,and reduced environmental pollution.Taking the transformation optimization of the key equipment of slag discharge system of pulverized coal gasification furnace as the object,this paper introduced the working principle and basic data of the slag conveyors,and analyzed the design of the transformation scheme of the slag conveyors.
