综放工作面刮板机及支架控制技术

摘要 基于煤矿综放工作面支架和两部车控制理论研究和现场实践,提炼出综采放顶煤工作面两部刮板机和液压支架控制技术。提出设备控制平行四边形原理,经过理论计算得出支架调斜角计算方法,通过调斜角的控制实现支架和两部刮板机的平衡。通过对现场支架、刮板机调整的实践总结,提出了微调支架、单体靠架、使棚控顶等行之有效的综放工作面设备控制方法,以及调整过程中的安全管控重点,为综采放顶煤工作面安全高效生产提供了有力保障。 Based on the theoretical research and field practice of the support and two vehicles control in fully mechanized caving faces in coal mines,the control technology of two scrapers and hydraulic supports in a fully mechanized caving face was extracted.This paper proposed the parallelogram principle of equipment control,and obtained the calculation method of the support adjustment angle through theoretical calculation.The support and the two scrapers can be balanced by the control of the adjustment angle.Based on the practice summary of the adjustment of on-site supports and scrapers,this paper proposed effective equipment control methods for fully mechanized caving face such as fine-tuning supports,single supporting frames,and roof-controlling shed as well as the key points of safety management and control during the adjustment process,which can provides a strong guarantee for the safe and efficient production of fully mechanized top coal caving face.
