摘要
大兴煤矿北二1205综采工作面回采过程中受F59断层处遗留浮煤影响,采空区浮煤氧化自燃。处理自燃的过程分三个阶段,即采取埋管连续充填、增加注N2总量,注N2和CO2耦合气体置换封闭区O2,回风增阻调压、顺槽封堵充填等措施。对大兴煤矿北二1205综采工作面采取的自然发火治理技术进行了分析。这些技术的应用解决了采空区发火问题,取得了自然发火治理的宝贵经验,为类似条件下工作面自然发火治理提供了技术借鉴。
Affected by the floating coal remaining at the F59 fault during the stoping process of the Beier 1205 fully mechanized mining face of Daxing Coal Mine,the floating coal in the goaf was oxidized and spontaneously combusted.The process of dealing with spontaneous combustion was divided into three stages,namely,continuous filling by buried pipes and increasing the total amount of N2 injection,N2 and CO2 coupling gas injection to replace O2 in the enclosed area,return air resistance increase and pressure adjustment and sealing and filling along the groove.This paper analyzed the control technology for spontaneous combus-tion adopted in Beier 1205 fully mechanized mining face of Daxing Coal Mine.The application of these technologies solved the combustion problem of the goaf,gained valuable experience in spontaneous fire control,and provided technical reference for spontaneous fire control in working faces under similar conditions.
