煤矿采掘机械液压系统故障及维护分析

Analysis of Failure and Maintenance of Hydraulic System of Coal Mining Machinery

综掘机是煤矿巷道掘进的重要设备,其核心是液压控制系统。由于煤矿井下环境恶劣,液压系统会发生各种故障,影响巷道的正常掘进。简要分析了煤矿掘进机液压系统的常见故障,探讨了液压系统维护方法,以期为煤矿掘进机液压系统的维护和维修提供一定的参考。

The fully mechanized excavator is important equipment for roadway excavation in coal mines,and its core is the hydraulic control system.Due to the harsh underground environment of the coal mine,various failures of the hydraulic system will occur,which will affect the normal excavation of the roadway.This paper briefly analyzed the common faults of the hydraulic sys-tem of the coal mine excavator,and discussed the maintenance method of the hydraulic system,in order to provide certain reference for the maintenance and repair of the hydraulic system of the coal mine excavator.
