摘要
针对方山店坪煤矿2041巷掘进期间原掘进工艺施工周期长、掘进效率低等技术难题,对原掘进技术的影响因素进行了合理分析,并对巷道高效快速掘进技术的应用进行了探讨。从实际应用效果来看,掘进工艺优化后2061巷单进量为11.2 m/d,相比优化前掘进速度提高了1.7倍,大大提高了巷道掘进速度,取得了显著应用成效。
Aiming at the technical problems such as long construction period and low excavation efficiency of the original excava-tion technology during the tunneling of 2041 roadway in Fangshan Dianping Coal Mine,this paper carried out a reasonable analy-sis of the influencing factors of the original excavation technology,and discussed the application of high-efficiency and rapid road-way c technology.According to the actual application effect,after the optimization of the excavation technology,the single advance-ment of the 2061 roadway was 11.2 m/d,which was 1.7 times higher than the excavation speed before optimization,greatly im-proving the roadway excavation speed and achieving remarkable application results.
