矿山机电设备故障诊断技术应用探究

Discussion on Application of Fault Diagnosis Technology for Mine Electromechanical Equipment

煤矿开采中使用了大量的机电设备。在机电设备运行过程中会发生一些故障,严重影响到了煤矿开采的效率和安全性。因此,在设备发生故障后快速进行维修显得十分重要。分析了矿山机电设备故障诊断技术的原理,并探讨了故障诊断技术在皮带输送机、矿井提升机及采煤机等关键设备故障诊断中的应用,可以为煤矿机电设备的维修提供一定的参考。

A large number of electromechanical equipment is used in coal mining.Some failures occur during the operation of electromechanical equipment,which seriously affects the efficiency and safety of coal mining.Therefore,it is very important to perform repairs quickly after equipment failures.This paper analyzed the principle of fault diagnosis technology for mine electro-mechanical equipment,and discussed the application of fault diagnosis technology in the fault diagnosis of key equipment such as belt conveyors,mine hoists and coal shearers,which can provide certain reference for the maintenance of mine electromechanical equipment.
