自反冲洗式水质过滤装置在晋华宫矿的实际应用 被引量:1

摘要 根据晋华宫矿井下煤层涌水量较大的特点,利用矿井的地下水,通过排水系统将其排至地面,经过净化处理,返回井下继续使用,但净化站点水质并没有达到生产用水的水质要求。针对这一技术难题成立特别攻关小组,运用故障树事故分析法,将重点集中到洒水系统增设过滤装置。对自反冲洗式水质过滤装置在晋华宫矿洒水系统中的实际应用进行了探讨。 According to the characteristics of large water gushing from the underground coal seams in Jinhuagong Mine,the under-ground water of the mine was drained to the ground through the drainage system,and returned to the underground for continued use after purification.However,the water quality at the purification site didn't meet the water quality requirements for production water.In order to solve this problem,a special team was set up to solve the technical problem,and the fault tree analysis method was used to focus on the key point of adding filter device to sprinkler system.This paper discussed the practical application of self-backwashing water quality filter in Jinhuagong Coal Mine.
