预制拼装技术在全地下式污水处理厂的应用

摘要 围绕预制拼装技术在全地下式污水处理厂建造过程中应用的可行性进行分析,对传统方案实施过程中的不利点进行充分的调查总结,通过对市场上多种预制拼装形式进行比选后,将钢筋桁架板作为应用方案,并从设计、施工、安全等方面进行分析计算、细化调整。结合深圳市埔地吓水质净化厂三期工程顶板施工中应用钢筋桁架板的成果案例,进一步论证了方案的可行性,并从质量、安全、成本等方面对实施效果进行总结,为今后类似工程中的应用推广提供了参考经验。 This article around the prefabricated assembly technology applications in all the underground sewage treatment plant construction process analysis,and conducts a thorough investigation and summary of the disadvantages in the implementation of the traditional scheme.After comparing and selecting various prefabricated assembly forms on the market,the steel-bars truss deck is used as the application plan,and analysis,calculation and detailed adjustment are carried out from the aspects of design,construction and safety.Combined with the case of the roof construction of the third phase project of Shenzhen Pudixia Water Purification PlantⅢ,the feasibility of the scheme was further demonstrated,and the implementation effects were summarized in terms of quality,safety and cost,which provides a reference experience for the application and popularization of similar projects in the future.
