摘要
在铁路建设工程风险管理技术的基础上,以新建巢湖至马鞍山高速铁路为例,研究了高速铁路路基工程的风险评估程序和评估方法,并对所有路基工点进行了风险评估,风险评估工作降低了路基施工风险,评估结论可作为后续阶段风险管理的依据,评估过程可为类似新建高速铁路路基工程提供参考。
Based on the risk management technology of railway construction project,taking the newly built Chaohu-Maanshan high-speed railway as an example,the risk assessment procedures and methods of high-speed railway subgrade engineering are studied,and completing the risk assessment of all subgrade sites,risk assessment can reduce the risk of subgrade construction,the evaluation conclusion can be used as the basis for risk management in the subsequent stage,and the evaluation process can provide reference for similar newly built high-speed railway subgrade engineering.
