土木工程专业拔尖创新型人才培养机制研究

摘要 对土木工程专业拔尖创新型人才的培养机制进行了系统研究。对本科低年级和高年级学生通过不同的训练模式开展创新思维方面的系统训练。改变传统单一目标及单一模式的教学方式,最大程度的尊重学生个体的个性化特质,充分发挥学习兴趣、学习天赋等方面的重要性。以培养拔尖创新型人才培养目标为纲对指导教师队伍进行针对性建设,对教学活动、教学思想、教学组织方式进行充分的论证。通过对上述内容的系统分析,完成我国土木工程专业拔尖创新人才的培养模式的探索,为国家土木专业高级人才的培养奠定基础。 This paper systematically studies the training mechanism of top innovative talents in civil engineering.To carry out systematic training of innovative thinking for junior and senior undergraduates through different training modes.Change the traditional single goal and single mode of teaching,respect the individual characteristics of students to the greatest extent,give full play to the importance of learning interest,learning talent and other aspects.In order to train the top innovative talents as the core of the training of teachers targeted construction,teaching activities,teaching ideas,teaching organization methods are fully demonstrated.Through the systematic analysis of the above contents,the exploration of the training mode of top innovative talents in civil engineering specialty in China is completed,which lays a foundation for the training of senior talents in civil engineering specialty in China.
