城市雨水排水系统是城市重要的基础设施,直接关乎城市排水安全和内涝防治水平,也影响着城市水环境质量。国家对提高城市排水和内涝防治标准一直有明确的要求,"十四五"规划又提出了具体的发展目标。"绿色、蓝色、灰色、管理"相统一、相协调的城市雨水排水提标改造与建设思路,体现了绿色发展、增强城市韧性的理念,也是提升城市排水标准,削减雨天出流污染、发挥现有设施作用的措施途径,国际诸多城市实践证明是行之有效的,是符合我国城市发展需要的。

Urban rainwater drainage system is an important urban infrastructure,directly related to urban drainage safety and waterlogging prevention level,but also affects the quality of urban water environment.The state has always had clear requirements to improve the standards of urban drainage and waterlogging prevention and control,and the 14 th Five-Year Plan has put forward specific development goals."Green-blue-gray-management"unity,coordination of renovation and construction,which reflected the concept of green development,enhance its toughness,also improve the drainage standard of the city and cut rain discharge pollution,measures the way,give play to the role of existing facilities,the international many cities proved to be effective,is meets the needs of urban development in China.
