中医药在胃癌术后并发症中的应用探讨

胃癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率位于我国恶性肿瘤发病率的第2位[1]。胃恶性肿瘤处于早期时常无特殊的症状及体征,不易被发现,近年来随着胃镜检查的普及,早期胃癌诊出比例逐年提高[2]。手术切除作为早期胃癌的主要治疗手段,极大提高了胃癌患者的存活率,但由于手术对胃结构的破坏,致使脾胃功能失常,加之其他致病因素的影响,患者术后常出现并发症,严重影响生活质量及后期治疗的选择。

Reflux esophagitis, bile reflux gastritis, dumping syndrome, gastric paralysis and other complications often occur after gastric cancer surgery, which seriously affect the quality of life of patients and the choice of follow-up treatment. Traditional Chinese Medicine has its own unique advantages in the treatment of postoperative complications of gastric malignant tumor. For example, the flexible use of Traditional Chinese Medicine decoction, acupuncture and point injection in the external treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine combined with modern technology have achieved good clinical effects in the treatment of postoperative complications of gastric cancer and improved the quality of life of patients.
