With the rapid development of new media and information technology,the phenomenon of pan-entertainment is coming.The influence of the trend of thought of pan-entertainment on schools can no longer be underestimated.With the continuous improvement of education,the communication between teachers and students has been widely concerned・Therefore,studying the communication between teachers and students under the background of pan-entertainment has a far-reaching impact on promoting the development and progress of schools.This paper systematically explains the concepts,problems,causes and solutions of the relationship between teachers and students,in order to help teachers and students to fully understand the communication between teachers and students,and make some improvements to promote teachers and students to achieve effective communication in the context of today's pan-entertainment.
