“一带一路”倡议下跨境电商生态系统协同发展

The Empirical Study on the Coordinated Development of Cross-border Ecommerce Ecosystem under “One Belt,One Road” Initiative

中国跨境电子商务在"一带一路"倡议的深入推进下,生态系统日益形成和完善。为厘清中国跨境电子商务生态系统内相互之间的协同发展关系,对其协同发展水平进行客观准确评价,提出复合系统耦合协同度模型结合信息熵、变异系数的实证分析方法。以2011年至2016年中国跨境电子商务生态系统相关数据为例,首先对跨境电子商务核心系统与跨境电子商务支持系统的有序度、耦合度、协同耦合度进行实证分析,然后对跨境电子商务系统支持中物流快递系统、信息化系统、金融支付系统、电子政务系统等各子系统与跨境电子商务核心系统的协同发展水平进行具体分析。结果表明:跨境电子商务核心生态系统和支持生态系统属于低度协同发展阶段;物流快递、信息化等与跨境电子商务的协同耦合度增长相对较快,对跨境电子商务支持作用明显。

With the in-depth promotion of the"One Belt,One Road"initiative,China’s cross-border e-commerce has increasingly formed and improved its ecosystem.In order to clarify the coordinated developmentrelationship between China’s cross-border e-commerce ecosystem and to evaluate the level of coordinated devel-opment,this paper proposes an empirical analysis method of compound system co-integration model combinedwith information entropy and coefficient of variation.Taking the data of China’s cross-border e-commerce eco-system from 2011 to 2016 as an example,this paper firstly analyzes the orderliness,coupling degree and coop-erative coupling degree of cross-border e-commerce core system and cross-border e-commerce support sys-tem,Cross-border e-commerce system to support the logistics and delivery system,information systems,finan-cial payment systems,e-government systems and other sub-systems and cross-border e-commerce core systemof collaborative development level of specific analysis.The results show that the core ecosystem of e-commerceand supporting ecosystems are also low-level collaborative development stage.The express coupling of logisticsexpress and informatization is relatively fast and the support of cross-border e-commerce is obvious.
