浅谈城市品质提升背景下的公共空间规划--基于上海经验借鉴的广州市海珠区公共空间规划探索

On Public Space Planning under the Background of Urban Quality Improvement:Exploration of Public Space Planning in Haizhu District of Guangzhou City Based on Shanghai Experience

随着城市规划改革的推进,公共空间的打造正在经历新的考验。纵观广州市海珠区,出现了对于公共空间资源利用不充分,空间打造不够高品质、品牌化,人民使用度、满意度较低等问题。基于此,本文通过梳理上海市公共空间打造工作的相关情况,借鉴其中的实践经验,通过结合海珠区实情,提出可参考、可应用的公共空间品质提升经验,作为新时代人民需求普遍提升背景下打造高水准公共空间,提升城市品质的前瞻思考。

With the advancement of urban planning reforms,the creation of public spaces is undergoing new tests.Throughout the Haizhu District of Guangzhou,problems such as insufficient utilization of public space resources,insufficient space creation of high quality and branding,and low utilization and satisfaction of the people have appeared.Based on this,this paper sorts out the relevant situation of the public space creation work in Shanghai,and puts forward reference and applicable public space quality improvement experience based on the actual situation of Haizhu District,as a forward-looking thinking for creating high-level public space and improving urban quality under the background of general increasing demand for people in the new era.
