基于混合算法的装配式住宅项目进度优化研究

摘要 目前对于装配式建筑在现场施工过程中存在工期延误的问题,以某个标准层为研究对象,并在诸多因素的约束下,将遗传算法和模拟退火算法结合起来,以遗传算法的全局搜索思想为前提,模拟退火算法为主要框架,并构建以工期最优为目标的进度优化模型,从而达到工期优化。通过实际案例分析,进行三种算法对比,表明了混合算法在对于装配式住宅项目现场施工工期优化中具有科学精准、强鲁棒性的优点,对于装配式建造有很大实用价值。 At present,for the problem of delay in the construction period of prefabricated buildings in the field construction process,a standard layer is taken as the research object,and under the constraints of many factors,the genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm are combined.Based on the global search idea of genetic algorithm,the simulated annealing algorithm is used as the main framework,and the schedule optimization model is constructed to optimize the construction period.Through the actual case analysis,the comparison of three algorithms shows that the hybrid algorithm has the advantages of scientific precision and strong robustness in the field construction period optimization of prefabricated residential projects,and has great practical value for prefabricated construction.
