四川省长葫灌区现代化建设思考及研究

Thought and Research on Modernization Construction of Changhu Irrigation District in Sichuan Province

长葫灌区是四川省大型灌区之一,本文对应新时代灌区建设政策环境,分析了长葫灌区存在的问题及发展思路,提出了在工程建设、信息化建设、管理与服务水平等方面灌区现代化建设的思考和建议,对灌区现代化建设具有一定的指导作用。

Changhu Irrigation District is one of the large-scale irrigation districts in Sichuan Province.This paper analyzes the existing problems and development ideas of Changhu Irrigation District in accordance with the new era of irrigation district construction policy environment,and puts forward thoughts and suggestions on the modernization of irrigation districts in terms of engineering construction,information construction,management and service levels,which have a certain guiding role in the modernization of irrigation districts.
