基于模糊物元模型的风电场项目风险评价研究

摘要 为解决风电场建设项目的风险评价问题,以华能K风电场为例,构建了风电场建设项目的风险评价模型,从政策、环境与生态、技术、经济、社会、管理等六个方面筛选了28个指标,通过AHP法和EWM法的组合赋权方法确定了指标的权重,采用模糊物元模型对项目的风险情况进行评价,得出项目及指标的风险等级,最终根据评价结论给出了相应的风险控制策略。 In order to solve the risk evaluation problem of wind farm construction projects,taking Huaneng K Wind Farm as an example,the risk evaluation model of wind farm construction projects is constructed.Twenty-eight indexes are selected from six aspects of policy,environment and ecology,technology,economy,society and management.The weight of indexes is determined by the combination weighting method of AHP and EWM.The fuzzy matter-element model is used to evaluate the risk of the project,and the risk level of the project and the indexes is obtained.Finally,the corresponding risk control strategy is given according to the evaluation conclusion.
