基于DEA的汽车行业供应链运行效率研究

目前我国汽车行业的供应链状况相当复杂,如何有效地降低它的复杂度,如何在市场中寻求合理的供应链运营模式,一直都是供应链研究热点。文章通过运用DEA的方法构建了我国汽车行业的供应链运营管理效率评估指标体系,对于我国汽车行业的供应链协调运营的有效性问题进行了综合评价和分析,并根据综合评估的结果提出了改进建议。

At present,the situation of the supply chain in China's automobile industry is quite complex.How to effectively reduce its complexity and how to find a reasonable supply chain operation mode in the market has always been a hot topic of supply chain research By using DEA method,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of supply chain operation management efficiency in China's automobile industry,comprehensively evaluates and analyzes the effectiveness of supply chain coordination operation in China's automobile industry,and puts forward suggestions for improvement according to the results of comprehensive evaluation.
