高温胶凝酸酸化技术在M油田的应用研究

摘要 M油田位于印尼,发育中孔、中低渗的孔隙型碳酸盐岩气藏。钻完井过程中地层受污染,需酸化后投产,根据该碳酸盐岩储层特征和油藏温度,要求酸化液体具有高温缓速、腐蚀率低、对地层伤害小、穿透深的技术特点,工艺上要求快速返排残酸,研究了适合该油田碳酸盐岩储层的高温胶凝酸缓速体系、伴氮施工工艺和残酸返排诱喷技术,现场实施8口井,初期日增气36.27MMSCFD,效果显著。 M oilfield is located in Indonesia,main productive zone is pore carbonate gas reservoir with mid-porosity and mid-low permeability,which is required stimulation treatment to solve the damage during drilling and completion.According to the carbonate reservoir characteristics and temperature,acidizing fluid is required good ability including retarded acid system,dissolving matrix,low corrosion,low damage to reservoir,deep penetration etc.,the gelling acid system with nitrogen gas and spent acid unloading with CTU technology is applied to 8 gas well in the oilfield,initial increasing gas is 36.27MMSCFD and the incremental is good.
