工艺因素对铆钉疲劳寿命影响的研究

摘要 为了研究铆接过程的工艺因素对铆钉连接件疲劳寿命的影响,本文设计了工艺因素对比试验,分别研究铆接板厚、底孔孔径、垂直度等因素对铆钉剪切疲劳寿命、拉伸疲劳寿命的影响。试验研究发现:在规格范围内,铆钉的剪切疲劳寿命随着底孔孔径的增加而降低,铆接板厚的增加而增加;铆钉的拉伸疲劳寿命随着板厚的增加呈下降趋势,若铆接底孔超过规范,会出现铆钉无法有效连接的情况。 In order to study the influence of the technological factors of the riveting process on the fatigue life of rivet connectors,this paper designs a comparative experiment of technological factors to study the impact of factors such as the thickness of the riveted plate,the diameter of the bottom hole,and the perpendicularity of the rivets on the shear fatigue life and tensile fatigue life of the rivet.The experimental study found that:within the specification range,the shear fatigue life of the rivet decreases with the increase of the bottom hole diameter,and the thickness of the riveted plate increases;the tensile fatigue life of the rivet shows a downward trend with the increase of the plate thickness.If the riveting bottom hole exceeds the specification,the rivet cannot be effectively connected.
