加油控制盒过流烧毁故障研究

摘要 加油控制盒作为燃油系统加油控制的中心设备,接收地面压力加油信号,通过控制加油阀的开关,从而实现加油过程控制,并通过加油量计算飞机的重量重心。当加油控制盒故障时无法进行地面压力加油,并丧失重量重心计算功能,从而直接影响任务的完成。文章针对加油控制盒烧毁故障情况,对其烧毁故障原因进行分析,并根据分析结果对加油控制盒进行改进。 The refueling control box is the central equipment for refueling control of the fuel system.It receives the ground pressure refueling signal,controls the opening and closing of the refueling valve,and realizes the refueling process control,and calculates the weight center of the aircraft through the refueling amount.When the refueling control box fails,the ground pressure refueling cannot be performed,and the weight center of gravity calculation function is lost,which directly affects the completion of the task.This article analyzes the cause of the fueling control box burnout failure,and improves the fueling control box based on the analysis results.
