摘要
长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA, lncRNA)是一种不编码蛋白质的RNA,参与染色质重塑、基因转录、蛋白质运输等过程,在心血管、神经系统疾病及恶性肿瘤的发生、发展中起重要作用。lncRNA通过与一种或多种lncRNA结合蛋白相互作用发挥生物学功能。本文就lncRNA的分类、功能及与其结合蛋白的互作方式,以及lncRNA结合蛋白与心血管疾病关系的研究进展作一综述。
Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA) is a kind of RNA that does not encode protein. It is involved in chromatin remodeling, gene transcription, protein transport and other processes, and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases, nervous diseases and malignant tumors. LncRNAs perform biological functions by interacting with one or more lncRNA-binding proteins. This paper reviews the research progress of the classification and function of lncRNAs, the interaction mode with binding proteins, and the relationship between lncRNA-binding proteins and cardiovascular diseases.
