摘要
目的初步建立百蕊草药材的质量标准。方法采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别法等建立百蕊草的定性鉴别方法;参照《中华人民共和国药典》2015年版四部通则方法测定百蕊草药材的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、水溶性浸出物。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,专属性强,阴性无干扰;初步预定百蕊草药材水分不得超过13.00%,总灰分不得超过13.00%,酸不溶性灰分不得超过4.00%,水溶性浸出物不得少于14.00%。结论该法操作简单、结果可靠,可有效控制百蕊草药材的质量。
Objective To preliminary establish quality standard of medicinal material Thesium chinense Turcz.Methods By trait identification,microscopic identification,thin layer chromatography( TLC) scanning identification to establish qualitative identification method for Thesium chinense Turcz. according to the general principles of Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China( 2015 Edition),the moisture,total ash,acid insoluble ash and water soluble extractive of Thesium chinense Turcz. were determined. Results TLC spots were clear,negative without interference and had strong specialty. It was preliminary predetermined that the moisture was at most 13.00%,total ash was no more than 13.00%,acid insoluble ash was no more than 4.00% and water soluble extractive was at least 14.00%. Conclusion This method is simple to operate with reliable results,which can effectively control the quality of medicinal material Thesium chinense Turcz.
