阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征中医治疗进展

Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of obstructive sleep apne-hypopnea syndrome

查阅近年来中医治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的相关临床研究文献,首先分析OSAHS的中医辨证分型,然后分别从中药内服、中医外治(针灸疗法、电针疗法、刺血疗法、导引功法)、联合疗法3个方面概述OSAHS的中医治疗进展。认为中医药治疗OSAHS有一定的临床疗效,今后研究应规范中医辨证分型及中医疗效标准。

By consulting the relevant clinical research literature of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)in the recent years,this paper firstly analyzes TCM typing according to syndrome differentiation of OSAHS,then it discusses progress in TCM treatment of OSAHS from 3 aspects including internal administration of Chinese materia medica,external treatment of TCM(acupuncture,electroacupuncture,bloodletting puncturing therapy,physical and breathing exercise method)and combined therapy,and holds that the treatment of OSAHS with TCM has certain clinical effect.In the future,the research should standardize TCM typing according to syndrome differentiation and the standard of TCM efficacy.
