摘要
以资源保存理论为基础,构建调节中介模型,对中庸思维、工作压力、心理资本影响决策者决策惰性的机制进行研究。使用Amos和Spss软件对299份样本进行分析,得到结果:中庸思维对工作压力、决策惰性产生正向影响;工作压力作为中庸思维影响决策惰性的传导机制,起部分中介作用;心理资本正向调节中庸思维和决策惰性的关系。
Based on the theory of resource conservation,this paper constructs a moderating mediation model to study the mechanism of the influence of Zhong-yong thinking,work pressure and psychological capital on decision inertia.Using Amos and SPSs software to analyze 299 samples,results are as follows:Zhong-yong thinking has a positive impact on work pressure and decision-making inertia.Work pressure,as a transmission mechanism of Zhong-yong thinking affecting decision-making inertia,plays a part of a mediating role.Psychological capital is positively moderating the relationship between Zhong-yong thinking and decision-making inertia.
